We conducted a workshop for SPMCIL related to the customer satisfaction survey that we conducted for them. The event was conducted to understand the importance & advantages of customer satisfaction surveys and how an organisation can improve its customer satisfaction index(CSI). This workshop was inaugurated by Mr.M.S.Rana, CMD of SPMCIL. Mr.Anil Dhaneshwar and Ms. Renupreet Makkarh presented the report on CSI of SPMCIL.
